About Me
Hi! I’m Erika and I’m very excited to be of service. I was born in Mexico, Veracruz and was raised in California, Bay Area. I started to dive into spirituality in 2018 and it’s been a great experience starting shadow work. This year has been potent and I’ve dived deeper into shadow work. I was reiki attuned in 2024 and it’s been a wonderful experience. I feel so grounded after years of floating around. I bought my Kangen machine in 2022 and it has changed my love for water. The first couple of months I went through a detox and even lost weight. Now I feel lighter and hydrated and I’m learning to use the other awesome features. I enjoy walks in nature, getting creative with art supplies and spending time with loved ones. I have a turtle and he’s one of my guides. He shows me to slow down and be present. Sending love! Kangen water has changed my life because now I enjoy drinking water and I don’t feel bloated after. I also went through a full body detox and even lost some weight! I come from a Mexican family so trying products like this is very new to us. My parents have enjoyed the water and they don’t feel sluggish anymore. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses gentle touch to promote relaxation, wellbeing, and increased energy levels. The word “reiki" means “universal life energy". Reiki can help with stress, pain, fatigue, and anxiety. Reiki was developed in Japan in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui. A reiki practitioner places their hands on or near the client's body to help balance the body's energy fields. The practitioner holds their hands in place for a few minutes, and then moves to a different part of the body. The goal is to help the body's natural healing abilities work by releasing energy flows.
